The Royal Show proved very
successful for South East exhibitors. Particular congratulations to
Mortimers Farms who were awarded the breed championship with Mortimers
Urovision and Rupert Taylor Ltd who won reserve breed champion with Rumsden
Donegal.

PERTH SALES - FEBRUARY

South-east bred bulls met a flyer
of a trade at Perth with a clearance rate of almost 100% and some
exceptional prices for the very best bulls.
|

Congratulations to Brian and Peter
Heath, Sackville Charolais, who sold Sackville Casanova for 20,000gns as new
herd sire to Kersknowe and Sackville Claudius for 18,000gns as herd sire to
Balmyle and Newhouse.
|

Mortimers also had a good sale,
with Mortimers Cosmo making 6,500gns as new herd sire for Will Palmer's
Trenestral herd in Cornwall.

Vexour and Rumsden also sold bulls
and Jan Boomars selected Blelack Crusader has new herd sire at Vexour,
purchased for 13,000gns. |
